Adobe SVG Viewer is free software used by the Online Trust Services system to display dynamically generated graphics, such as charts and graphs.
This document was prepared using Windows XP with Service Pack 2 and Internet Explorer 6. Images used in this document may vary from those you see. Mozilla Firefox is not supported by the Online Trust System at this time.
Unless otherwise specified, the term Click shall refer to using the left mouse button and pressing it ("clicking it") once.
A minimum of Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 is required to successfully use the Online Trust Services system. You only need to successfully install Adobe SVG Viewer 3.0 one time.
To obtain Adobe SVG Viewer, connect to the Internet and use your preferred Web browser (in this example, Internet Explorer) to browse this location:

Click Win 98-XP in the Operating system column to begin downloading the SVG Viewer software.
A screen similar to this will appear:

This is a warning message used to notify you that the Website is attempting to download a program to your computer.
Click the Run button to continue installation.
Depending on the speed of your Internet connection, a screen similar to this may appear for a few seconds or a few minutes.

Be careful not to click any part of your screen or the Web browser while this download is occurring as doing so may obscure the next screen.
After the download is complete, this screen should appear.

This is a security warning, advising you that software is about to be installed on your computer.
General Internet browsing tip: If you visit a Website and you receive this message, without having specifically requested to install software first (as we are doing in this procedure), you should click the Don't Install button.
We want to install SVGView.exe, so click the Run button. This installation screen will appear very quickly, and then disappear.

There will be no other indicator that the installation is complete - the screen will simply close.
After the screen closes, scroll further down the Scalable Vector Graphics Webpage to this location:

Locate the Click here to test your plug-in link and click it. Alternatively, you may browse this link:

After taking a few seconds to load, this screen will appear:

You may read the license agreement. If you accept it, click the Accept button. However, if you decline, you won't be able to install the SVG Viewer and the charts and graphs features of the Online Trust System will not be available.
CRITICAL STEP
After clicking Accept, the license agreement screen will disappear, and your browser's page will reload. At the top of the browser screen you may see the yellow Information Bar:

Click the yellow bar (highlighted by the thick, red box above) to continue the installation process. A small menu will appear with three options:
Click the Install ActiveX Control option.
If the installation went correctly, you will see this after a few seconds:

At this point, the Adobe SVG Viewer is installed and charts and graphs should now be visible within the Online Trust Services system.
