Art Kuper Compliance Specialist and Investment Program Designated Supervisor Art has been a part of the CFC Investment Center as Compliance Specialist for 4 years. His office is located in Midland, Michigan. He is responsible for review and approval of daily trades for all Investment Executives in the program, approving new account applications, and performing branch audits. He has a MBA from the University of Michigan, a MS from University of Nebraska and a BA from The College of Wooster. Thomas O’RourkeFinancial Advisor Tom has been with the CFC Investment Center at Chemical Bank since October 2009 after spending 18 years developing a financial planning program with a small community bank in Ottawa County. Tom assists his clients in 6 Chemical Bank branches covering Holland, Zeeland, and the greater Grand Rapids area. He is available by appointment at all other Chemical Bank locations during or after branch hours. Tom uses his securities registrations and insurance licenses (Series 7, 24, 63 and 65, Michigan life, health and variable contracts) and diverse experience in financial services to recommend financial strategies that help individuals, families, and business owners prepare for current and future financial transitions.
